PARENT DROP INS
Parent Drop Ins have become extremely popular this year.
They take place in school at 1.30 on the first Friday of every month.
Living with a child with a disability, especially an 'invisible disability', can be isolating, challenging and lonely. You feel that no one understands the difficulties that you face. These drop-ins could provide you with the opportunity to feel less isolated by listening to others in a similar situation to yourself.
Miss Manning and Mrs Lucas from our Pastoral Team provide friendly, helpful advice, sometimes focussing on specific topics and sometimes allowing parents to share their experiences, questions and concerns over a cuppa and a biscuit! It's a non-threatening, relaxed environment where you can meet other parents from the school community who are experiencing similar situations to you.
Join us, even if it is to just sit and listen.
