The Mini-write programme was developed at Vermont school in order to develop the stamina and resilience in our children's writing. This daily writing opportunity uses a high-quality stimulus and allows the children to write about whatever they want for a short period of time. 


To begin the children are given just three minutes to write. Through the term, we are able to increase this time as the children develop greater stamina in their writing. Through this programme, we see an overall improvement in the amount and quality of work produced in English lessons.
